The Clarence and Mary Lee Howard Foundation is an IRS registered 501 c3 non-profit charitable organization that is focused on transforming lives one child and one family at a time by providing educational enrichment programs, health and wellness guidance and outreach services, jobs and vocational training opportunities and by providing financial literacy programs to underserved communities of color, especially in the historically underserved and impoverished Delta region in the State of Mississippi.
